Astrophotography and Wide Field CCD Imaging” by Ian King
Ian King, one of the UK’s leading amateur astrophotographers, will give us a rundown on the various facets of astrophotography starting with film and using conventional cameras, to digital and CCD imaging, showing a range of of beautiful images made with different technologies (many taken from dark skies in La Palma.
The meeting that will be held at the Henry Dixon Hall, Rivenhall End, Witham, CM8 3HD. The doors open at 7:30 pm with the talk getting underway at ~8pm. Entry costs £3. Free tea & coffee will be available.
